We offer three main programs for preschoolers:

Beginners (children 2 ½ and up): Our Beginner program is for children 2 ½ and up. Students must be 2 ½ by October 1^st of the current school year, they do not need to be potty trained. Beginners may attend a 2 Day program that meets Mondays & Wednesdays or Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9-12. We also offer a Friday drop off program for those beginners already registered in our 2 day program at an additional cost of $15 per day.

Three Year Old: Our second program is for Three Year Olds. Students registered for this program must be 3 by October 1^st of the current school year and should be potty trained. Parents/Guardians of threes may choose from either a 3 day program which meets Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays from 9-12 or a 2 day program which meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-12. More details.
Pre-K: Manahawkin Methodist Preschool offers a Pre-K program for children 4 and up. Parents may chose a 2, 3, or 5 day program that runs from 9 -12 as well. Our Pre-K teachers use the Letter People Curriculum to get our preschoolers are ready for kindergarten. The Letter people curriculum is a research based and classroom tested program that helps develop the child’s physical, intellectual, emotional and social skills. Students are introduced to a new Letter Person weekly. Show and tell, journal writing, music and games are used to teach letter sounds and recognition. More details.
